Guide to using our Website
We have created a breif guide on how to use our website. It uses screenshots with reference points to help users navigate through our website quickly and purchase our products with ease. There are five sections to our guide-
 
 
 
 
 
1 Type a keyword into our search bar for a quick search of our online product database.
 
2 Click a tab for more information about Precision Heating.
 
3 Use the side bar to browse through our online product range and find the product that is right for you.
 
4 Click this link to be taken directly to the account registration page. When you register with us, we can set up exclusive discounts, offers and much more for your business.
 
5 This is the main body of the web page. The centre area of your screen will contain most of the data on all of our pages.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
1 This is a breadcrumb trail. It shows you where you are in the website and allows you to navigate easily through the site. You can quickly go back to a previous page if needed by clicking the appropriate link.
 
2 Enter the quantity of the product you want to buy. (NB the quantity can be changed during “checkout”) Once you have input the quantity, click the “Add to Cart” button and “continue shopping”, or head to “checkout.” Or alternatively ask us a question regarding the product or tell a friend about it.
 
3 Shown here is the list price of the product, the product code and whether or not the product is in stock. If you are a registered customer and “logged in,” you will also be able to see your special discounts here.
 
4 Hover your mouse over these thumbnail pictures to enlarge them or alternatively click on them to view the picture in full size.
 
5 This is simply a brief description giving information about this product.
 
6 You can download product documentation here including product brochures, installation and technical guides, service manuals and more.

1 These options along the top allow you to modify the items in your cart. You can update the quantities, delete the selected products (to select click the small box to the left of  “Qty”), remove all of the items from your cart or select your quick cart if you have an account to quickly add items from a previous order or a buying list.
 
2 The total value of your order is shown here.
 
3 To place an order click the checkout button or alternatively save this quote for later.
 
4 This box gives you all of the information about the items in your cart. Individual item price, quantity, availability, item name, and total item price (quantity x individual item price)
 

 

 

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
1 Enter the delivery address here, or if you want to collect the order mark it as collect as shown above. If you have an account choose the delivery address from the drop down box at the top, or enter a “one off” address for this delivery.
 
2 Choose your shipping method.
 
3 Use this field to enter an order reference or number of your choice. You can also enter the date you require your order to arrive if its not for immediate delivery.
 
4 Here is a short summary of your order which you check to make sure everything is correct.
 
5 If everything is correct click the “Submit Order” to pay on account or click the “Card Payment” button to make an immediate payment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
1 Here you can view and edit your delivery address(es)
 
2 In the “My Account” tab you can view general information on your account such as account balance etc.
 
3 The “My Orders” tab you can view all of your orders whether they are outstanding or complete.
 
4 Under the “My Quotes” tab you can view all of your quotes.
 
5 In “Optional Information” you can select whether or not you wish to receive the newsletter.
 
6 The “User Profile” tab allows you to input information about yourself including your location, your signature and your website.
